Pastoral Support Tutor

About the role

We are looking for a Pastoral Support Tutor to provide both pastoral and academic guidance to full‑time learners at our Shoreham Airport Campus. You will work directly with students in one‑to‑one and group settings, helping them achieve their full potential and enjoy a rewarding college experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver weekly tutorial sessions and one‑to‑one pastoral support for full‑time students.
• Motivate and guide learners to reach academic and personal goals.
• Identify and respond to the diverse support needs of a varied student cohort.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting students in a pastoral or curriculum role.
• Experience in target setting and working to tight deadlines.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
