Patient Care Coordinator

About the role

Our client is a prestigious private fertility and women’s health clinic in London, recognised for delivering outstanding patient care and clinical excellence. They are looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to guide patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to coordinated care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new fertility enquiries via phone, email and online channels, providing accurate information and supporting consultation bookings.
• Coordinate fertility treatment plans, prepare costings, schedule appointments with nursing, embryology and medical teams, and monitor cycle scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data protection and clinic policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the patient’s journey, supporting retention and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience working within a fertility clinic environment.
• Previous coordination of fertility treatment pathways.
• Direct patient-facing experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Confident handling of sensitive and confidential information.

Required skills

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient use of standard office software and data entry systems.
