Patient Coordinator – Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

The Patient Coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients of a well‑known aesthetic practice on Harley Street. You will guide patients from their initial enquiry through to treatment, ensuring a smooth, ethical and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails and online enquiries, providing accurate information about procedures and appointments.
• Manage patient bookings across the 9 am‑8 pm schedule, including up to two evening shifts per week.
• Convert enquiries into appointments by building trust and presenting genuine results, without overselling.
• Maintain detailed patient records and coordinate with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with the lead consultant and other celebrity doctors who appear on television.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an aesthetic or cosmetic setting.
• Degree‑level education.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivation and excellent written and spoken English.
• Arabic language ability is a distinct advantage.
