Payments Sales Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a Payments Sales Manager to expand its commercial payments footprint across middle‑market and large enterprise organisations. You will act as a consultative strategist, advising clients on optimal payment structures and selling the full payments technology stack. The role combines prospecting, solution pitching, and end‑to‑end deal management in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close high‑potential prospects and partners across multiple verticals to build a healthy pipeline.
• Develop and execute prospect engagement strategies in collaboration with marketing, business development and product teams.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C‑suite stakeholders and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Become the subject‑matter expert on Checkout.com’s technology stack, addressing detailed product questions and demonstrating value.
• Manage the full sales cycle, drive urgency, and act as the primary point of contact for merchants and internal teams.
• Maintain a well‑organized portfolio of key accounts, nurturing relationships and understanding industry‑specific pain points.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of high performance.
• Demonstrated ability to self‑source leads and close enterprise deals.
• Strong communication skills and commercial acumen, with experience negotiating complex structures.
• Established network of prospects and partners within the payments ecosystem.
