About the role
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join a successful construction business. Working closely with the Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Officer, you will support the day‑to‑day running of payroll and gain exposure to both weekly and monthly payroll cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process multiple payroll runs accurately and on time.
- Support employee lifecycle changes, ensuring payroll data remains up‑to‑date and compliant.
- Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations and general administration.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and adhere to statutory requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and the importance of confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Eagerness to learn, develop and grow within the business.
Required skills
- ITrent (experience desirable but not essential).
