Payroll Officer – 3‑Month Fixed Term in London

About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Officer on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract to join a busy hospitality payroll team in London. The role is primarily office‑based (four days a week) with one day of remote work and requires an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Process both hourly and salaried payroll for multiple hospitality sites, ensuring accurate monthly payments.
• Maintain payroll records using SAP S/4HANA and Paycircle systems.
• Collaborate with the in‑house tronc team to manage tip allocations and related reporting.
• Produce payroll reports and support compliance activities.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to managers and employees on payroll queries.

Required profile

• Proven payroll experience within a multi‑site hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with tronc operations and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Available to start immediately and commit to a 3‑month term.
• Comfortable working four days on‑site and one day remotely.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA payroll module (S4).
• Paycircle payroll and rota system.
