About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑focused Payroll Supervisor to join a busy, fast‑paced payroll team. You will ensure payroll processes are completed accurately and on time, providing high‑standard service and support to colleagues and third‑party providers while maintaining up‑to‑date records and meeting strict deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and distribute P45s and payslips
- Respond to colleague queries regarding pay and benefits
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll information
- Run and distribute payroll reports
- Maintain and update spreadsheets
- Support ad‑hoc payroll and administrative tasks
Required profile
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Previous administration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Payroll experience
- Experience using HR/payroll systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Right to work in the UK

What we offer
