PCN Appeals Officer – Hybrid (Wembley)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PCN Appeals Officer to join a busy local authority in Wembley. The role is hybrid, with three days in the Civic Centre and two days working from home, offering a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to Parking Charge Notice (PCN) appeals.
• Prepare high‑quality evidence packs for London Tribunals (ETA) within strict deadlines.
• Review representations and make informed decisions to accept or reject appeals.
• Draft and issue formal decision letters.
• Attend personal appeal hearings when required, representing the council professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience processing PCN appeals and preparing evidence packs.
• Strong knowledge of traffic and parking legislation.
• Familiarity with London Tribunals (ETA) processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Confident communicator capable of managing hearings with diplomacy.
