PCV Bus Driver – Full‑time, Harlow

About the role

Join Arriva at the Harlow depot as a PCV Bus Driver and become a vital part of the local community. You will transport commuters, shoppers, and schoolchildren safely to their destinations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a PCV‑licensed bus on assigned routes, adhering to schedules and safety regulations.
• Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and any travel queries.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment.
• Complete required paperwork and log driving hours accurately.
• Participate in overtime shifts, bank holidays and extra services as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid PCV licence (or willingness to join the trainee programme).
• No more than 6 penalty points on the licence.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and flexibility to work rotating shift patterns.

Required skills

• PCV licence (or eligibility to obtain one).
