About the role

We are seeking a passionate PE Teacher to join a supportive secondary school team in Milton Keynes. You will inspire students to enjoy physical activity and develop their sporting abilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, inclusive PE lessons for secondary students.
  • Design and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages active participation.
  • Organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall PE curriculum.

Required profile

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant PE teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for secondary PE.
  • Passion for promoting physical fitness, health, and wellbeing.
  • Ability to create innovative and engaging learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Competitive remuneration on the M1‑UPS Pay Scale (£36,413 – £53,994) or a daily rate of £130‑£150.
