PE Teacher – Secondary School (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated PE Teacher to join a thriving secondary academy in Bromley from September. You will deliver weekly physical education lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils, covering a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports and fitness activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that align with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress across all ability levels.
• Promote health, wellbeing and lifelong fitness through a holistic approach.
• Collaborate with a small, dedicated PE teaching team and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified or unqualified teacher with recent experience in a secondary school or academy.
• Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire pupils.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work across MPS1 to MPS6 (KS3‑KS4).

Required skills

• Good understanding of the PE national curriculum.
• Ability to deliver a variety of indoor and outdoor sports activities.
