Pension Client Relationship Manager (Senior)

About the role

Alexander Lloyd is seeking a Pension Client Relationship Manager to act as a trusted partner for clients of a leading UK pension firm. The role involves managing key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term engagement, and aligning client needs with the firm’s capabilities across pensions, technology and consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead relationships with existing clients, driving satisfaction and long‑term engagement.
• Identify and pursue up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with workforce management teams to align forecasting and delivery with client needs.
• Attend client service reviews and lead strategic discussions to strengthen partnerships.
• Work with MI teams to produce actionable insights and high‑quality reporting.
• Continuously review processes to ensure operational best practice and excellent client outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in DB pensions consulting.
• Proven success in a client relationship or strategic account management role.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing, mentoring and developing teams.
• Meticulous approach to detail and client communication.
• Ability to drive performance standards and deliver measurable results.
