Pensions Business Analyst (12‑month Fixed‑Term, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Pensions Business Analyst to join a well‑structured pensions organisation on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is hybrid, with one day per week in the London office, and focuses on analysing and improving business processes to enhance customer and colleague experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Create and maintain current‑state and future‑state process maps and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to design scalable process improvements.
• Support the delivery of transformation and change initiatives across the business.
• Translate business requirements into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.
• Use data, insights and process‑analysis techniques to inform decision‑making.
• Support implementation, monitoring and measurement of process improvements to ensure benefits are realised.

Required profile

• Experienced Business Analyst with a focus on pensions.
• Proven ability to analyse complex processes and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering meaningful change through well‑designed solutions.
• Strong experience in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and documenting processes.
