Pensions Lead Data Consultant

About the role

Join WTW’s Pensions Data Solutions Team as a Lead Data Consultant, helping UK pension schemes resolve complex data challenges. You will design and deliver innovative data solutions while guiding project teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data strategies that create commercial value for pension scheme clients.
• Act as the trusted data adviser to pension managers, trustees, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead multiple data projects simultaneously, from scoping and costing to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal WTW teams and external partners to create, assess, and correct bulk pension data.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a superior client experience across all data‑solution services.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience with the ability to present technical material clearly.
• In‑depth knowledge of UK Defined Benefit pension scheme provisions and legislation.
• Track record of delivering client‑focused deliverables and presenting at senior meetings.
• Ability to balance client satisfaction with commercial targets.
