People Advisor – Head Office

About the role

As a People Advisor at Savers' Head Office, you will support managers and colleagues across the business, ensuring a positive employee experience and upholding the company’s strong culture. This hybrid role combines on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility, allowing you to make a real impact on people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, confident advice and coaching to managers on employee relations (ER) matters.
• Handle ER cases including performance improvement, disciplinary, grievance and absence issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Analyse people data, share insights and recommendations with People Business Partners.
• Support managers in delivering a strong probation experience for new starters.
• Identify trends, build stakeholder relationships and deliver proactive HR support.
• Review past ER cases to extract learnings and improve future service delivery.
• Contribute to wellbeing, engagement activities and manager training programmes.
• Seek smarter, simpler ways to improve People processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations and HR advisory within a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting people data.
• Commitment to upholding company culture, even in challenging situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across HR and business functions.
