People Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our global People Team in Camden, UK. You will help shape the day‑to‑day employee experience, from welcoming new colleagues to supporting performance and off‑boarding processes, while continuously improving our people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the People Operations Generalist to deliver a smooth onboarding and in‑person induction for all new starters in the UK.
• Prepare, issue and file contractual paperwork, update databases and trackers, and ensure compliance with data‑protection legislation.
• Administer probationary reviews and performance‑management cycles, notifying managers of upcoming reviews and tracking completion.
• Manage the leaver process, including off‑boarding administration and conducting exit interviews.
• Support People projects, maintain HR systems, and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.

• Highly organised and proactive with a genuine passion for creating great employee experiences.
• Creative thinker who spots improvement opportunities and helps evolve ways of working.
• Strong collaborator, able to work closely with managers, employees and international People partners.
