People Coordinator

About the role

As a People Coordinator at Pret A Manger you will be the operational heartbeat of the People Team, ensuring that manager moves, records and HR policies are accurately maintained in Workday and ServiceNow. Your meticulous handling of data and processes will keep shops staffed, compliant and performing while providing valuable insights through Power BI dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR files for Assistant Managers and General Managers.
• Process manager moves in Workday, including transfers, title, salary, grade changes, promotions, demotions and secondments.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR ServiceNow tickets, routing them within SLA.
• Manage the references inbox, create references and respond to queries.
• Administer sabbatical, maternity, paternity, parental and shared parental leave processes.
• Support the Senior People Analytics and Systems Manager by feeding data into Power BI dashboards.
• Respond to information and reporting requests from People, Safety, Payroll, Benefits and Recruitment teams.
• Upload HR documents to Workday and audit employee files.
• Conduct exit interviews, compile monthly summaries and share insights.
• Prepare AM & GM pay review letters and order parental leave gifts.

Required skills

• Experience with Workday HR system.
