People & Culture Officer

About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Officer to join our Mayfair office. The role supports core HR functions including payroll, benefits, onboarding, recruitment support and compliance, while also helping to deliver learning and development initiatives. This is an ideal position for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and manage pension enrolments.
• Handle benefits queries and act as liaison with providers.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters and maintain digital employee files.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support and answer employee queries.
• Conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interviews and ensure right‑to‑work compliance.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding, set up system access and assist with training delivery.
• Maintain employee records in the HR system, process promotions and salary changes, and perform regular data audits.
• Support engagement projects, reward programmes, internal communications and employee events.
