People & Culture Partner – Retail

About the role

As a People & Culture Partner for the Retail division, you will work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver HR solutions that drive performance, engagement and long‑term success. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor, using commercial insight and strategic thinking to influence people practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Retail leaders to understand priorities and deliver people solutions that improve performance and business results.
• Build strong relationships through regular onsite engagement and deep knowledge of operational needs.
• Lead employee‑relations activities, providing expert guidance on legislation, policy and case management.
• Coach and challenge leaders to enhance capability, leadership effectiveness and team performance.
• Analyse people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into actionable plans.
• Drive talent, succession, engagement and capability initiatives to strengthen future talent pipelines.
• Lead and support organisational change, process improvements and people‑focused projects.
