People Operations Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

PIMCO is seeking a People Operations Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support the delivery of high‑quality HR services. The analyst will manage day‑to‑day HR operations, oversee employee lifecycle processes and act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries, manage cases in ServiceNow and meet SLA targets.
• Execute core HR transactions in Workday, including onboarding, transfers, mobility and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data, generate basic reports and support operational tracking.
• Ensure process compliance, keep traceable records and support audit readiness.
• Create and update HR knowledge articles to improve self‑service usability.
• Support day‑to‑day delivery of core HR programs and client requests.
• Deliver high‑quality, employee‑centric HR support and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to automation and standardisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear communication and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Sound judgment to resolve routine matters independently and escalate complex issues.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving processes.
• Effective collaboration with team members and cross‑functional partners.
