People Partner – Employee Relations (6‑month FTC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join our client on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on diagnosing workplace culture challenges, conducting investigations and delivering actionable recommendations to drive lasting change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a focused workplace culture review, identifying causes behind behavioural, engagement, and organisational challenges.
• Conduct fair, evidence‑based investigations using interviews, data analysis and onsite observations.
• Analyse findings and produce clear, actionable reports with practical recommendations.
• Provide expert guidance to the leadership team to implement recommendations and embed sustainable cultural change.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workplace culture, organisational development, or employee relations.
• Strong track record of conducting complex investigations and delivering evidence‑based outcomes.
• Ability to analyse data and translate it into clear recommendations.
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
• Availability to start at short notice.
