People Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Specialist to join a fast‑growing global SME undergoing a major transformation. Working hybrid in Wiltshire, you will partner with senior leaders across corporate functions, providing expert HR advice and helping shape a modern, commercially focused People agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver HR guidance on complex employee‑relations issues, ensuring legally compliant and business‑balanced outcomes.
• Support and drive business‑wide transformation programmes, including restructures and organisational change initiatives.
• Lead HR process‑improvement and automation projects to increase efficiency and enhance employee experience.
• Maintain HR policies and practices in line with current UK employment legislation and best practice.
• Coach and develop managers to build capability in people management.
• Contribute to broader People initiatives that support growth and organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a People Partner or People Specialist in a high‑growth environment.
• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
• Strong background in employee relations with up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience delivering organisational change, transformation or restructuring programmes.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £50,000–£55,000 per year.
