Performance Account Manager

About the role

This senior position sits within Iris' search‑focused client leadership team, supporting the Beiersdorf portfolio of brands (NIVEA, Eucerin, Hansaplast) across the EU. You will act as the trusted strategic partner for the client, linking SEO and PPC initiatives to business objectives and driving sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic conversations across SEO and PPC, translating performance data into clear commercial value.
• Produce and present high‑quality performance reports, insights and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Identify and shape growth opportunities across multiple EU markets, ensuring local nuances align with global objectives.
• Serve as the central liaison between the client, SEO, PPC, project management and senior strategy teams.
• Oversee delivery standards, championing innovation in automation, efficiency and new search capabilities.
• Collaborate with channel leads on quarterly and annual planning cycles for assigned regions.
• Mentor and support junior team members, setting the standard for client leadership and strategic thinking.

Required profile

• Proven senior client‑leadership experience in performance marketing, preferably within the search ecosystem.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing regional and central stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple EU markets and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
