Performance Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Creative Designer to join a fast-growing global wellness brand. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating data-driven visual assets for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop performance-focused creative concepts using marketing data and campaign insights.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to produce structured briefs, test hypotheses and launch new ideas.
• Design high-converting assets for paid social, digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, websites and social media.
• Produce static ads, carousel creatives and other marketing assets for Meta and Google, refreshing them to minimise creative fatigue.
• Leverage generative AI tools such as Midjourney or Nano Banana to rapidly generate concepts and imagery.
• Retouch and edit photography, including product replacements and image enhancements.
• Analyse live campaign performance and iterate creative based on metrics such as CTR, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high visual standards and are optimised for both digital and print production.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an e‑commerce or consumer brand.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both creative design and performance-marketing work.
• Proven experience designing for paid social platforms, especially Meta and Google Ads.
• Understanding of performance-marketing metrics and ability to translate insights into creative improvements.
