Performance Director – B2B Demand Generation (SaaS & Enterprise)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Director to lead B2B demand generation and performance marketing for enterprise and SaaS clients. The role bridges strategy and execution, turning commercial intent into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into clear execution priorities and optimisation programmes.
• Lead experimentation, performance testing and present commercial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Manage and develop a team of paid‑media and search specialists.
• Oversee paid media, SEO, full‑funnel performance and revenue marketing initiatives.
• Forecast performance, analyse data and create commercial narratives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
• Proven track record in B2B demand generation, SaaS growth and enterprise marketing.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to translate complex data into clear commercial narratives.
• High‑autonomy mindset with ownership of outcomes.
