Performance Marketing Director – B2C & B2B

About the role

Tribal Tech Limited is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Director to shape and execute performance strategies for a portfolio of B2C and B2B clients. This hybrid London‑based role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on digital expertise, driving demand, qualified leads and measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy across key B2B accounts, integrating paid search, paid social, programmatic and display.
• Manage large media budgets, ensuring spend aligns with KPI targets and ROI goals.
• Develop audience segmentation, ABM approaches and account‑based targeting.
• Analyse data, attribution and analytics to continuously optimise campaigns.
• Produce clear performance reports and commercial recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, content and client teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive new‑business pitches, proposals and agency growth initiatives.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging tech to enhance media buying and creative optimisation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of performance marketing or digital media experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Proven track record developing and delivering B2B performance strategies.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to lead senior client relationships.
• Interest in AI and future‑focused performance marketing.
