Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join a fast‑growing ecommerce business in Birmingham. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, you will own and optimise performance campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate campaigns.
• Design and run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor ROAS, conversion rates and overall campaign metrics.
• Use Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools to generate insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with external agencies to maximise results.
• Identify new growth opportunities through data and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with PPC and Paid Social (SEO and Affiliate experience desirable).
• Strong analytical skills and proven use of GA4.
• Previous ecommerce experience.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for improving campaign performance.
• Ability to dig into data and explain optimisation decisions.
