Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and grow our affiliate programmes. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with a leadership team that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage multiple affiliate programmes, ensuring best‑practice delivery.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Present results and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Recruit, onboard and nurture affiliate partners to expand reach.
• Negotiate placements, rates and promotions to maximise ROI.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and campaign planning.
• Support and coach junior team members to maintain high operational standards.
• Participate in client meetings and reviews to drive satisfaction and growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate or performance marketing, handling multiple client accounts.
• Commercially aware, data‑driven and KPI‑focused.
• Strong communicator able to build relationships with clients, affiliates and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and budget targets.
• Marketing qualification (degree or CIM) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• French language skills are a plus.
