Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead Quilter Invest’s paid acquisition efforts, driving efficient customer growth across digital channels. Reporting to the marketing team, you will launch, optimise and scale paid media campaigns while improving the onboarding funnel and uncovering new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑channel paid marketing strategy to acquire and convert new customers.
• Own day‑to‑day management of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta and programmatic networks.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI and meet acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with brand, product, analytics and commercial teams to align messaging and measurement.
• Support broader marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns and partnership activities, when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance‑driven digital marketing and paid acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data‑informed decisions.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs).
• Campaign tracking and analytics tools.
