Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the transition of paid media from an external agency to an in‑house function for a fast‑scaling DTC consumer brand. You will shape acquisition strategy, influence commercial decisions, and directly impact business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the paid media function as it moves fully in‑house.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across Meta, Google and emerging paid channels.
• Scale profitable customer acquisition through data‑led decision making and continuous optimisation.
• Translate performance insights into creative testing plans and commercial recommendations.
• Partner with e‑commerce and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign messaging and customer journeys.

Required profile

• Experience with high‑growth e‑commerce brands, preferably in food, drink, wellness or supplements.
• Proven success growing new customer acquisition in a DTC environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing paid media budgets.
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution and reporting.
