Performance Products Supervisor – Concrete (East of England)

About the role

Breedon Group is seeking a motivated Performance Products Supervisor to lead the ready‑mix concrete (RMX) team across the East of England. Reporting to the Readymix Business Manager, you will drive product quality, commercial growth and safety while supporting customers with our Performance Products range.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of ready‑mix concrete products at designated sites.
• Monitor product quality, consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with plant managers, technical teams and logistics to ensure efficient production and delivery.
• Analyse performance data, implement improvements to maximise output and minimise waste.
• Provide commercial teams with product knowledge and support customer requirements.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in ready‑mix concrete, construction materials or a similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of RMX production processes and quality control.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead operational staff.
• Confident communicator able to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
