Performance Specialist – Investment Performance Team

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Specialist to join the Investment Performance Team within SEI's Europe Wealth Platform. The role focuses on delivering accurate client portfolio performance data, supporting offshore analysts, and contributing to strategic projects that enhance our service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, validate, and report monthly client portfolio performance and benchmark returns data within agreed SLAs.
• Act as escalation point for the offshore performance team and resolve complex data exceptions.
• Set up, interpret, and scrutinise system‑generated performance outputs such as multi‑asset returns, contribution and attribution.
• Develop process improvements using Excel, VBA, Power BI and SQL.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on performance, attribution and benchmarks for internal teams and external clients.
• Maintain relationships with client firms and internal stakeholders across reporting, operations, and development.
• Assist with tactical and strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery.

• Experience in performance measurement, reporting and portfolio analytics.
