Permanent Recruitment Consultant – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist recruitment business that focuses on construction and facilities management. Based in Moorgate, London, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for blue‑collar construction and FM roles, working closely with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with construction and FM clients.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job brief to offer negotiation.
• Source, screen and interview candidates across construction and facilities management sectors.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of live roles and ensure timely placements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
• Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a permanent recruitment consultant in construction or facilities management.
• Track record of successful placements in blue‑collar roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently within a small team.
• Availability to work Monday‑Thursday 8‑5 and Friday 8‑3.
