About the role

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join Tomorrow Recruitment, a B Corp‑certified specialist in the creative sector. You will work with a warm desk of existing clients while expanding relationships and driving new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a warm portfolio of creative industry clients and roles.
• Develop existing accounts and win new business through relationship building.
• Identify and attract passive talent, oversee the full interview process and match candidates to dream roles.
• Deliver a high‑quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to share best practices and drive team success.

Required profile

• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Proven recruitment experience within the creative industry (client services, project management, strategy, design).
• Strong work ethic, solution‑focused attitude and ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Detail‑oriented with pride in delivering high‑quality work.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
