About the role
This permanent, full‑time position supports a mainstream secondary school in Hillingdon. You will work alongside teachers and other assistants to help pupils achieve their best, particularly up to GCSE level.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils.
- Assist with the delivery of the curriculum and classroom activities.
- Adapt learning approaches to meet individual pupil needs.
- Make observations, record progress and deliver teacher‑directed sessions.
- Maintain a safe and professional learning environment.
Required profile
- Degree preferred (e.g., psychology, sociology).
- Experience working with children.
- Enthusiastic, creative and professional attitude.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and interview.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
