Personal Injury Claims Adjuster – Remote

About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning claims management firm to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Claims Adjuster. The role is fully remote and supports the company’s UK operations, offering a clear path for professional development and industry qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and bodily injury motor claims from inception to settlement, focusing on small complex C claims.
• Apply OIC and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) knowledge to assess liability and compensation.
• Exercise delegated authority to make decisions within set guidelines.
• Maintain high productivity in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the claims process.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience handling personal injury or bodily injury motor claims.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and obtaining industry qualifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of personal injury claim handling procedures.
• Understanding of OIC and MOJ regulations.
• Experience with delegated authority in claims decisions.
