Personal Injury Claims Handler (Remote)

About the role

Exo Claims is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Claims Handler to manage a high‑volume portfolio of bodily injury motor claims. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the UK while supporting clients through the OIC portal, MOJ portal, and non‑portal Fast Track RTA claims.

Key responsibilities

• Validate claims for indemnity and fraud, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
• Maintain and update the case management system for each file throughout its lifecycle.
• Communicate with claimants, solicitors and other stakeholders using all available channels to progress cases efficiently.
• Provide professional, timely advice to clients while managing expectations.
• Assess liability, quantify damages and apply accurate reserves in line with company guidelines.
• Take a commercial approach to settlements, aiming to minimise indemnity spend.
• Meet performance objectives and adhere to best‑practice strategies.

Required profile

• Recent, UK‑based experience handling bodily injury motor claims.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑volume caseload independently.
• Strong commercial awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• OIC portal experience (mandatory).
• MOJ portal experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with non‑portal Fast Track RTA claims.
• Use of case management systems for claims processing.
