Personal Injury Claims Handler – Remote (WFH)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global loss adjusting and claims management organisation to recruit an experienced Motor Injury Claims Handler for their TPA team. The role is fully remote and involves managing third‑party motor injury claims from first notification through to settlement, delivering a high‑quality service to insurers, brokers and claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of third‑party motor injury claims from inception to conclusion.
• Assess liability, investigate incidents and negotiate settlements.
• Review and validate claims against client requirements and delegated authority agreements.
• Make decisions on liability, quantum and claims strategy.
• Process claims using the Official Injury Claim (OIC) portal.
• Liaise with solicitors, claimant representatives, insurers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular claim progression updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience handling motor injury claims within a claims environment.
• Strong understanding and practical experience of the Official Injury Claim (OIC) portal.
• Experience in third‑party motor claims, preferably within a TPA or outsourced claims setting.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
