About the role
Join a leading national insurance law firm as a Personal Injury Fee Earner within its Defendant Insurance Litigation team. You will manage a quality caseload of Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims for major insurer clients, working in a collaborative and well‑established environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own litigated caseload of defendant EL/PL matters, primarily fast‑track claims.
- Assist on more complex multi‑track litigation as required.
- Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation for insurer clients.
Required profile
- Experience managing a litigated caseload of EL/PL claims.
- Knowledge of defendant insurance litigation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to handle fast‑track claims efficiently.
