Personal Injury Solicitor (3-5 yrs PQE) – Reading

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor with 3–5 years PQE to join a well‑established claimant Personal Injury team in Reading. You will manage your own varied Multi‑Track caseload while supporting Partners on complex, high‑value serious injury matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters from instruction through to settlement or trial.
• Handle Multi‑Track claims, including drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence and preparing cases for litigation.
• Assist Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high‑value serious injury claims.
• Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, rehabilitation providers and other stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
• Deliver exceptional client care while maintaining high technical standards.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support department growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in claimant Personal Injury.
• Proven experience managing Multi‑Track Personal Injury claims.
• Strong technical knowledge of serious injury litigation.
• Experience working with Major Trauma Centres, case managers and rehabilitation professionals.
• Sound understanding of the Rehabilitation Code and Serious Injury Guide.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Collaborative approach and genuine interest in business development.
