You will work within a friendly, expanding team, handling personal injury claims from start to finish while delivering high‑quality legal service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the claims process.
• Prepare, draft and review legal documents with accuracy.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation when required.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth claim handling.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in personal injury law and industry regulations.
• Maintain timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive specialising in personal injury law.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
