Personal Injury Solicitor – Claimant Litigation

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its claimant litigation team in Greater Manchester. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle claimant personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, employers' liability and public liability matters.
• Manage both fast‑track and multi‑track litigation, progressing cases through the Ministry of Justice portal.
• Provide autonomous case management while collaborating with senior counsel and support staff.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience managing a personal injury caseload, including RTA and EL/PL claims.
• Familiarity with the MOJ portal and the wider litigation process.
