About the role
Personal Injury Solicitor (complex claims) – a fantastic opening in Liverpool city centre to join the region’s most regarded Serious Injury department. This role offers an experienced RTA or CILEx solicitor the chance to work on high‑value, complex personal injury matters up to £100,000.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and progress complex personal injury claims valued up to £100,000.
- Collaborate with senior solicitors and the specialist Serious Injury team.
- Provide legal advice and representation for UK‑wide insurer clients.
- Prepare pleadings, negotiate settlements and liaise with medical and expert witnesses.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with experience in road‑traffic accident (RTA) or CILEx work.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ambitious and able to thrive in a high‑performing, close‑knit team.
