Personal Injury Solicitor – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to lead a high‑value caseload of serious injury claims ranging from £150k to over £1m. The role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while supporting the firm’s award‑winning personal injury practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of serious injury claimant matters valued between £150k and £1m+.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Collaborate with medical experts, consultants and other stakeholders to build robust cases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Maintain accurate case records using the firm’s case management system.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and attend court hearings or settlement negotiations as required.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE handling serious injury claims.
• Proven track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.
• Experience working closely with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.
• Strong analytical and advocacy skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Birmingham office twice a month for team collaboration.
