Personal Injury Solicitor & Team Leader

About the role

Our client is a well‑established SME law firm near Leeds, recognised for its strong client focus and high standards in personal injury law. They are expanding and need an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor who can also lead a team and manage complex, high‑value cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, focusing on complex multi‑track litigation.
• Conduct cases from initial instruction through settlement or trial, including preparing pleadings and court documentation.
• Instruct and liaise with experts and counsel, and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Attend court hearings, provide clear and empathetic client advice, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to progress cases efficiently and maintain high standards of service.

Required profile

• Strong technical litigation skills combined with excellent client care.
• Confidence in managing complex matters independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
• Ambition to develop into a senior or managerial position as the business grows.
