Personal Trainer at Luxury London Hotel

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Personal Trainer to join The Peak Gym team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, a landmark luxury hotel in Knightsbridge. You will deliver fitness classes, provide spa consultations and promote the hotel’s health and wellness facilities to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service, welcome visitors and handle complaints efficiently.
• Promote fitness activities, spa treatments and facilities, supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver exercise classes, workshops and spa consultations, recommending appropriate wellness programmes.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the gym, fitness equipment, sauna, shower and storage rooms, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards and manage inappropriate guest behaviour according to hotel policy.
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues, train staff on processes and support the reception team during busy periods.
