About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one personal training sessions that drive real, measurable results.
• Apply the UP Method to design and adjust training programmes and nutrition guidance.
• Act as a trusted coach and partner throughout each client’s transformation journey.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and client care, including early mornings and late evenings during the first year.

Required profile

• A Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
