Personal Wellbeing Manager

About the role

Pact is seeking a Personal Wellbeing Manager (Family & Relationships) to join its multidisciplinary team in Runcorn. You will work directly with service users, helping them improve wellbeing, build resilient relationships and support desistance from offending.

Key responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, safe, person‑centred one‑to‑one support, building trust and conducting assessments.
• Develop and deliver bespoke action plans and intensive interventions, both individual and group‑based.
• Lead family relationship workshops using Pact’s proven group‑work modules.
• Maintain strong operational links with Probation staff, Responsible Officers, mentors and partner agencies.
• Record activity and progress in digital case‑management systems, ensuring accurate data for outcome reporting.
• Monitor risk indicators, de‑escalate challenging behaviour and keep people safe.
• Participate in case conferences, meetings and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience working with people who have multiple or complex needs, preferably within criminal‑justice or social‑care settings.
• Proven ability to develop person‑centred plans and deliver intensive support.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to maintain multi‑agency relationships.
• Awareness of risk factors and competence in responding to serious‑harm concerns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital case‑management and record‑keeping systems.
