Personalisation Operative – Weekend Shift (Christmas Temp)

About the role

Aspinal of London is recruiting and training new Personalisation Operatives for a temporary Christmas peak role in its Distribution Centre. The fast‑moving warehouse environment focuses on quality, accuracy and efficiency, delivering products to stores and customers on time.

Key responsibilities

• Adding personalised finishing touches to products (hot foil stamping, embroidery, engraving) before dispatch.
• Carrying out quality checks on every personalised item and flagging any that do not meet standards.
• Collaborating with the wider warehouse team to meet daily personal and overall warehouse targets.
• Representing the Aspinal of London brand both inside and outside the Distribution Centre.

Required profile

• Excellent eye for detail and pride in workmanship.
• Patience and care needed for precise personalisation.
• Ability to work carefully and consistently to ensure every finished item meets high standards.
