PFI Operations Manager

About the role

Are you an experienced PFI/FM professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a supportive, established organisation in Lancashire that is looking for a PFI Operations Manager to join their team. This role offers greater responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders and genuine opportunities to develop into a more senior leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall management of the PFI contract and its SPV.
• Oversee facilities management service delivery and operational performance.
• Manage client, stakeholder and supply chain relationships.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, compliance and contractual performance.
• Support financial and commercial management of the contract.
• Manage risk and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide leadership and support across operational teams.
• Deputise for the General Manager when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a PFI environment.
• Background working within an SPV/PFI structure.
• Solid facilities management experience.
• Strong contract and supplier management capabilities.
• Good commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of PFI performance metrics, KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Ambition to progress within a senior management environment.

What we offer

• Salary £50,000 – £60,000 per year.
